Grants and funding outreach

Where the funding quest stands.

I am applying for grants and talking to funders to grow GXT's remote support service and to finish RingBlast and Sown. This is the current picture, updated as of October 2, 2026. No award has been decided yet.

How a $10,000 grant would be spent

  • Equipment$4,000Network test and certification tools, an imaging and repair kit, spare hardware. This lets me take the higher-paying networking and point-of-sale jobs I pass on today.
  • Reliable transportation$3,000Vehicle repairs, tires and travel for field jobs across California and Nevada.
  • Remote IT services$3,000Remote-management software, a business phone line, and local marketing to small businesses.

Why it matters

Most of my income today depends on driving to a job. Recurring remote support is the part that can grow without more miles, and it is what lets me hire and train local technicians.

Funders and program officers

If you run a grant, accelerator or fund that fits, I would like to hear from you. I can send a one-page plan and answer questions directly.
